    Yes, this will work for all providers but you will need to enter proper dial # and if needed password and phone extension which can be obtained from your provider

    just plug the modem into usb port, click little antenna icon in taskbar next to battery icon,you will see options for mobile broadband and setup your modem from there .

    It finishes with

    - checking if iplike is usable... YES
    - checking for stale eventtime.so references... OK

    There seems to be a driver conflict in current version of the kernel.
    Easiest way to get card working is to restart pc and at boot choose 2.6.27-7 kernel which still works.

    First try booting with previous kernel, second try following guide to use wvdial (first page of this thread ) and if still want work come back with output from wvdial and we'll go from there.

    sudo apt-get remove network-manager
    than configure all addresses from command line.
    Now works perfect.

    Have you tried any of the two methods in this tread ?
    If your device isn't configured automatically you need to use one of the two methods.
